Finding Your Way Home - The Fascia Consciousness Method

I believe wisdom lives in the body.

I don't see healing as analysis or correction- I see it as being met.

The body is not a problem to solve; it's a place to return to.

What can feel like fragmentation is often a shift in state, not a loss of wholness.

The body doesn't need to be analyzed to be met. When it's met, it remembers how to regulate.
What Makes This Different
This work grows from my foundation as a Massage Therapist, but the emphasis has shifted.

It begins with containment and orientation- helping your system register where it is before anything shifts.

The pace is slower and more spacious.

Sessions may include touch and simple cues that help you notice sensation- without needing to explain or interpret it.

Touch is responsive rather than outcome-driven. Pressure may be firm or subtle, depending on what your system can integrate.

Nothing is rushed.

Nothing is imposed.

The body is met where it is.
